The couple tied the knot in 1985 when Carol was 24 but their marriage only lasted 12 months.
At the age of 29, she then married her second husband Patrick King in 1990.
During their marriage Carol and Patrick had two children; Katie, 29, and Cameron, 23.
However, the couple chose to split in 2000 after 10 years together.
