Can dogs eat blueberries?

Blueberries are safe for dogs to eat according to Purina, and they’re a great source of vitamins for your four-legged friend.

Dogs will love this healthy addition to their diet, which acts as an antioxidant and can help them get enough fibre.

Blueberries do contain sugar though, so like in our own diet, be careful to feed them to your dog in moderation. They might present a choking hazard for smaller dogs and puppies, too, so be careful if your pet is on the tinier side.
