BBC Line of Duty cast in EPIC Friends parody

Friends remains one of the biggest shows in the world despite coming to an end over a decade ago, and now Line of Duty has been given a makeover to reimagine it in a similar fashion.

Now Line of Duty has been given an “I’ll be there for you” makeover.

BBC One shared the video with fans on Twitter, and wrote: “I’ll be there for you, ‘cos we’re team AC-12.

“Oh and you’ll want to wait for the surprise at the end!”

Fans rushed to social media to compliment the Beeb over the video, ahead of the next episode airing Sunday.

“Great to see Line of Duty getting the Friends treatment,” said one fan.

A second tweeted: “This is so wonderful!”

“I can’t stop watching,” said a third fan.

While a fourth added: “Whoever did this needs a pay rise immediately!”

Meanwhile, it comes after star Vicky McClure was left heartbroken after the death of a close school friend.

TV favourite Vicky attended his funeral and later posted an emotional plea to fans to donate to charity.

The star, 35, who plays Detective Inspector Kate Fleming, said: “We went to school together.

“He was by far one of the kindest, funniest, the most caring guy you could wish to know, and for his family and friends it’s a devastating time.”
