Amber Gill was one of the first girls to enter the Love Island villa this year. Although currently coupled up with Anton, she also has a blossoming romance with fellow contestant Michael Griffiths. Speaking before she entered the villa about how much wanted to be partnered with someone tall, viewers have been wondering how tall Amber is.

Amber Gill is 5ft4in, according to her model profile for clothing brand Fash1.UK on Instagram.
She is a beauty therapist from Newcastle and does some modelling alongside that.
Judging from the line-up of Love Island 2019 contestants, she is one of the shortest girls.
However, Amber has previously said she prefers to date men who are tall.
In her opening interview, she said: “I like tall guys who are muscly and athletic, I like people that go to the gym.
“I want someone who is funny and that I can have fun with and doesn’t take themselves too seriously because I am daft.”
When she first entered the villa, Amber was coupled up with Callum.
Despite him being taller than her, romance did not develop between the two.
At the first dumping, Amber decided to send him home in order to couple up with Anton.
However, the coupling with Anton is a platonic one and viewers have been watching her romance blossom with fellow islander Michael Griffiths.
The pair recently shared their first kiss but Thursday night’s episode saw trouble brewing in paradise.
Last night, two new islanders arrived in the villa – Maura Higgins and Elma Pazar – who the boys were asked to cook for while the girls watched on from the balcony.
Amber heckled Maura along with the other girls as she spoke to Michael.
This led to the couples first argument as he said to his fellow contestants: “I can’t be dealing with childish girls.”
Overhearing, Amber went on to deny her involvement in the heckling.
Both voicing their frustration in The Beach Hut, it’s not sure how much longer this paring will last.

She has also got a few links to past islanders as her Instagram shows her posing with Ellie Brown from last year’s villa as well as reportedly knowing Adam Collard.
However, Amber was quick to point out this isn’t unusual as “everyone knows everyone in Newcastle”.
