Alec Baldwin celebrates his birthday with Hilaria and kids in dressing room at The Tonight Show

He is one of Hollywood’s busiest leading men who finds himself marred in a courtroom battle over a parking spot fisticuffs as well as a public disagreement with his brother.

But Alec Baldwin still managed to find some time to celebrate his birthday with his family, even if the occasion took place in the less-than-usual confines of a Tonight Show dressing room.

In an image posted by his wife Hilaria, the now 61-year-old actor found himself surrounded by the 35-year-old yoga guru and their four children: Carmen, 5; Rafael, 3; Leonardo, 2; and Romeo, 10-months.

In the photo, Alec is seated in a chair dressed in a tuxedo with Carmen on one knee and Leonardo on the other.

Hilaria donned all black for the picture and held baby Romeo in one arm, while placing her other hand on Rafael’s head.

A lit blue sign reading, ‘The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon,’ hung on the wall behind them.

‘The only time we could have a little birthday celebration today for daddy’s birthday today was to visit him at work @jimmyfallon ! So we made a party in his dressing room! Thank you @shumcake for the yummy cake…and for giving us superpowers,’ wrote Hilaria in the post’s caption.

Alec is set to appear couch-side on The Tonight Show on Wednesday, while Kelly Clarkson is set to perform.

Earlier in the day, Alec shared a sweet video of Leonardo wishing his father a happy birthday.

In the clip, the moist-nosed blond toddler looks in the camera with his big blue yes and says, ‘Happy birthday dada,’ after the Working Girl actor requests him to do so.

He then says, ‘I love you dada.’

‘Notice he gets the lollipop bribe AFTER the birthday wishes to the old man…,’ noted Alec’ caption.

On Friday, his new movie, The Public, will hit cinemas across the United States.

The flick Drunk Parents, which finds Alec starring alongside Salma Hayek, Bridget Moynahan, Joe Manganiello, and a host of other stars, will hit limited theaters on April 19, and is currently available on DirecTV Cinema.

He is also one of a number of stars set to appear in the cinematic adaption of Jonathan Lethem’s novel Motherless Brooklyn, which is currently scheduled to hit theaters on November 1.

Outside of the screen and his birthday well-wishes, Alec is still in a dispute coming from an altercation involving a parking spot altercation that occurred last fall.

The incident, which saw the The Departed actor strike a man, Wojciech Cieszkowski, in the face, found the Uncle-in-law of Justin Bieber plead guilty to a second-degree harassment violation in January.

He also agreed to take an anger management class, which he was required to finish by March, and pay a $120 fine.

At the end of March, the same man filed a lawsuit against Alec in New York Supreme Court, seeking unspecified damages for assault and battery as well as slander.

Stephen Baldwin, meanwhile, has gone after his brother Alec on Twitter for standing against a controversial anti-abortion law in Georgia.

Alec and more than 50 Hollywood stars have signed a letter threatening Governor Brian Kemp with a filming boycott of the state if he signs the ‘heartbeat’ bill into law.

The new law would prevent abortions from when a fetal heartbeat can be detected – as early as the sixth week of pregnancy.

Stephen – who is the father of Justin Bieber’s wife, Hailey – said he had avoided tweets like this in the past, ‘but for so long I’ve sat back & trusted God as my own family members have perpetrated the spirit of hate … through abortion Mockery & blindness #sad #Alec #hates #pray.’
