NEW images have confirmed Adele’s new home is just feet away from the house her ex husband Simon Konecki is now staying in.
The singer, 31, splashed out £10.65million on a Beverly Hills home and reports suggested the mansion was close to her previous property in the area.

But new images have confirmed she will be just across the road from Simon, 45, who is living in the $9.5million dollar home.
This will come in handy as they are sharing custody of their six-year-old son, Angelo.
Her new home is 6,045 square feet and boasts five bedrooms, six bathrooms, a large office, an art studio, a crafts room, a library and a gym.
Nearly encompassing an acre, her bedroom has a walk-in closet, a lounge with a fireplace, and a terrace looking over the home’s pool and garden.

There’s also a sunken living room with a fireplace and a patio. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, an island and wooded cabinets.
The neighbourhood features celebrities like Jennifer Lawrence, Katy Perry, Cameron Diaz, Mila Kunis, Penelope Cruz and Nicole Kidman.
Adele and Simon announced their split in April after years of rumours their marriage was in trouble.
A spokesperson said in a statement: “Adele and her partner have separated. They are committed to raising their son together lovingly. As always they ask for privacy.”

Simon agreed to joint custody of their son Angelo four days after the Someone Like You songstress filed for divorce on Thursday.
He also agreed that all financial matters surrounding the divorce should be handled in mediation, according to The Blast.
Reports by People magazine say the couple did not have a pre-nuptial agreement, meaning it could cost Adele half of her £150million fortune.
The couple were notoriously private and very rarely divulged information about their relationship.

They started dating in 2011 and welcomed their first child in October the following year.
In 2015, the first rumours that they split emerged, though the Hello singer denied it in a rare public statement on Twitter.
She wrote: “Just wanted to wish everyone happy holidays & all the best for 2015! PS Simon & I are still very much together, don#t believe what you read x”
The pair married in secret in 2016 and Adele announced it at the Grammys in February 2017 while picking up the Album of the Year Award.

But it’s not all sad news for the singer, who will be working on her first music for four years in the coming months.
A music insider told The Sun’s Bizarre: “The song is upbeat and is all about Adele’s relationship with her ex-husband Simon.
“But it’s optimistic, reflective of the good times and about learning to move on from them and make new memories by yourself.
“It has been cathartic for her to put her feeling into her music. Fans can expect to hear personal details on her album.

“All being well, the song should be out in November but she is still working on everything.”
Meanwhile, Adele’s songwriter and OneRepublic frontman Ryan Tedder revealed she is in a “good place”.
Speaking to US Weekly, he said: “I see her quite frequently. I think she’s in a good place. It was very difficult… but she is in a good place, for sure.”
