He wrote: “Morning check in. We building.
“Current set up in my training & nutrition; I’m following one of the advanced hypertrophy programmes that we use with our current members of the Sculpt Academy. Every single one of my lifts is up and on the rise.
”Nutrition wise, I’m trying to stay in a very slight caloric surplus on the daily, and simply pulling back on calories when necessary if I totally mess up due to summer shenanigans and all the cool places I’m currently travelling too.

“This has kept me at a reasonable level of condition while still gaining some size and strength. Mentally; which I don’t think people often touch on…
“Work ethic is better than ever, relationship with food is much better than obsessing or cycling the classic ‘binge, starve, repeat process’.
“And generally I’m enjoying my training more than ever.
”Since this is the longest time period in a while where I haven’t been obsessing about ‘being shredded in Ibiza. or whatever trip is next.
