8am Man Utd transfer news LIVE: Solskjaer only employed by United, Dybala £120m move, Toni Kroos

OLE GUNNAR SOLSKJAER heads to Paris knowing that a miracle comeback against PSG would make him a virtual shoe-in for the permanent Man United job.

But a significant hurdle to his full-time appointment at the Red Devils has already been lifted as he revealed that he is no longer under contract at Norwegian side Molde.

Two weeks before Man United hired him on an interim basis, Molde announced on their website that he had signed a new three-year deal, but they have now deleted the statement.

And Solskjaer told the Norwegian press on Monday: “I think I would have to sign a new contract [to stay] there.”

But if the former striker does get the permanent United job he may be forced to look for a new home as Virgil Van Dijk is currently staying in his house!

Elsewhere, the Red Devils are eyeing Juventus striker Paulo Dybala should they sell Romelu Lukaku in the summer.

The Argentine, who scored Juve’s winner when the two sides met at Old Trafford, is reportedly available for £120m.

United could also go back in for Toni Kroos, five years after David Moyes failed to land the German.
