However after the set, renowned graffiti artist Banksy took to Instagram to reveal that he had created the design, saying: “I made a customised stab-proof vest and thought – who could possibly wear this? Stormzy at Glastonbury”.

Stormzy responded by captioning his own Instagram photo:  “Last night I headlined Glastonbury in a stab-proof vest custom made by the greatest, most iconic living artist on planet earth, the one and only BANKSY.”

Lewis Capaldi is the latest music and Instagram sensation on the scene – and the young Scottish singer definitely made a memorable entrance for his Glasto debut.

Following recent criticism from Oasis singer, Noel Gallagher, who stated on Radio X “Who’s this Capaldi fella?” The Scottish singer walked onto the Other Stage wearing Gallagher’s signature parker coat before taking it off to reveal a tee adorned with Gallagher’s face in a big red heart.
