We wouldn’t exactly turn to Spider-Man for style inspo, but after seeing Zendaya give her twist on the Spidey suit, we may be persuaded to change our minds.

The actress slayed the red carpet at the Spider-Man: Far From Home premiere in a backless gown that borrowed from the colour palette of Peter Parker’s current black and red suit.

The sequinned showstopper featured a slinky black skirt attached to a flimsy red halter top, with the backless detail adding a whole new level of fire emojis.

The 22-year-old teamed the look with black stilettos and her newly dyed red-tinged tresses to serve us high fashion MJ.

With this look following yesterday’s tangerine dream, Zendaya is fast becoming one of our favourite fashionistas in Hollywood.

Zendaya, who plays Mary Jane in the franchise, was at the famous TCL Chinese Theatre in Hollywood alongside her co-stars ahead of Far From Home’s release on 2 July.

Peter Parker himself Tom Holland was looking dashing as ever in a maroon suit, loafers and glasses.

Meanwhile, Jake Gyllenhaal, who plays Mysterio in the comic book sequel, wore a blue suit over a t-shirt and accessorised with a chain.

And Samuel L Jackson continued to be the coolest man on earth, with the Nick Fury actor wearing a bright purple beret with his relaxed cream co-ords.

Seriously, imagine just basking in his presence.

Spider-Man: Far From Home sees Peter Parker and his friends after the events of Avengers: Endgame, going on a school trip to Europe.

But things get difficult for Peter when Nick Fury shows up to recruit him to team up with Mysterio to fight the Elementals.

While we thought Endgame was the end of the MCU’s third phase, it turns out Far From Home is actually the conclusion, with boss Kevin Feige saying: ‘You’ve seen Avengers: Endgame, but you haven’t seen it all yet.

‘Spider-Man: Far From Home is the conclusion to the Infinity Saga. And what started with Iron Man 1, finally comes to fruition in Spider-Man: Far From Home.’

The movie will see Peter dealing with the loss of his mentor Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr), but some fans reckon Tony could appear in Far From Home via a hologram message, just like the one following his funeral in Endgame.

There’s some more in-depth theories too, like one about Tony Stark genetically enhancing animals.

Surprisingly, loose-lipped Tom Holland hasn’t revealed the plot just yet, so we’ll have to wait til Far From Home hits cinemas next week to see if any of the theories are true.

Spider-Man: Far From Home is out on 2 July.
