Zayn Malik caused a social media meltdown after he shared a topless snap in a rare move on social media.
The 27-year-old dad to be, who seldom posts on his Instagram profile, shared the steamy picture with his 35.3 million Instagram followers alongside a cryptic caption.
In the post, Zayn was pictured with his back toward the camera in a Polariod print.
The former One Direction heartthrob debuted his growing collection of tattoos as he looked away from the camera alongside a pal wearing a mask.
Alongside the photograph he wrote: “Got some stuff to show ya soon!”
The rare social media post did not go unnoticed among his fans or his heavily pregnant girlfriend Gigi Hadid.
The model shared her appreciation for the post by simply putting a pair of exclamation marks in the comment section.

Other fans couldn’t contain their excitement, with one writing “CAN’T WAIT FOR IT KING.”
Another profile took a guess at what he might be referring to, adding: “ITS A NEW ALBUM ISNT IT.”
“I miss you soooooo much and also I’m excited for the stuff,” wrote a third.

Zayn rarely shares pictures on social media, with his most previous picture being a teary eyed selfie that he posted in July.
The previous picture came with no caption, leaving some fans wondering the story behind the snap.
Zayn’s girlfriend Gigi is also not far off welcoming her first child with the musician.

Although the couple have not revealed the due date, Gigi is believed to have marked her 33-week point in July – meaning she’s due around mid-September.
Prior to welcoming their bundle of joy, the couple also moved into their lavish New York mansion together after splashing over $5.8 million on renovations.
Prior to settling into their New York abode, Gigi had been spending most of her time at her family’s farm in Pennsylvania.
