Fans of the hit TV show Entourage will no doubt recognise the iconic house of main character, Vincent Chase (Adrian Grenier).

And now it could be yours for only $5.5 million (£4.2 million), according to Jill Krutchik’s listing at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties.

The mansion boasts seven bedrooms and 10 bathrooms over 9,200 square feet (the whole lot is a whopping 37,000 square feet) and is situated in Encino, California.

According to the listing, it’s a gated single-storey house that features a huge pool, spa, fire pit, two wood-burning fireplaces, a four-car garage and huge open lawns.

There’s also a bar, breakfast room, a gourmet kitchen and a huge alfresco dining and entertainment area.

The listing states the property offers ‘unmatched attention to detail and quality’ and provides the ‘ultimate combination of luxury, lifestyle and privacy’.

There’s also a promotional video for it, featuring a massage room, huge ceilings, spacious living areas and cosy bedrooms.

So, who’s gonna put the first offer on the house then?

Entourage aired across eight seasons from 2004 to 2011 and chronicled the acting career of Vincent, a young movie star, and his childhood friends from Queens, New York City.

It produced a spin-off film of the same name in 2015, featuring the principal cast of the show, Kevin Connolly, Adrian Grenier, Kevin Dillon, Jerry Ferrara and Jeremy Piven.

The story similarly followed actor Vincent Chase, who goes over budget on his directorial debut and must ask newly-appointed studio head Ari Gold for more money.

It generally received negative reviews but grossed $49 million (£38 million) worldwide.
