You can get a £50k job as an ‘InstaScout’ to find the most Instagrammable places in the UK and Europe

BRITS with a good eye for colour and detail can now apply for their dream job as an “InstaScout” who gets to find the most Instagrammable locations across the UK and Europe.

Even better, it pays up to £50,000 a year and comes with a travel expense account on top.

The job is with Perfocal, an online marketplace that connects photographers with customers.

The company is looking for someone who is able to travel to a number of countries to find the hidden gems that look great on the social media platform.

These can then be used by photographers to recreate the perfect shot.

Applicants don’t need to be photographers themselves – they just need to have an eye for detail and style.

They will also need a valid passport and driving license.

Having local knowledge is also important as the lucky applicant will need to be able to find places that are off the beaten track.

The perk is that you get to travel around UK and Europe and it’s all paid for by Perfocal.

It’s all part of the rising influence of Instagram on how people choose and book holidays.

Younger travellers are now even choosing holidays that look better on Instagram, shunning the 18-30 package deals that were popular with previous generations.

It isn’t the only Instagram-led job, with Royal Caribbean previously advertising for a “Shore Explorer” to take pictures for their social media – with a salary that’s the equivalent of £104,000 a year.

Brits who want their trip to look good on social media can choose hotels and hostels that cost as little as £10.46 a night.

Other cheap Instagrammable trips include Morocco and Italy.

Sandwood in Scotland was also included in the list of cheap yet beautiful holiday destinations.
