X Factor's Grace Davies emotional confession: 'I’m very unconfident within myself'

The starlet, who lost the X Factor crown to Rak-Su in 2017, took to Twitter to reveal she suffers from crippling insecurities.

Speaking to her 54,000 followers,  Grace created a Twitter chain of all the monumental things that have happened to her in the last few years.

The blonde gal wrote: “Gonna keep adding to this as my crazy life continues, but please know I am eternally grateful for your guys’ support.

“I’m very unconfident within myself, so self deprecating and often very hard on myself, so looking back on this thread makes me proud of myself and how much we have achieved.”

Within minutes the starlet was flooded with messages of support.

One fan replied: “I love you. You’ve come so far and I’m so grateful and happy that I was here from the start, and I can’t wait for the day you release that album man.

“I can’t wait for your success to go further. I will love and support you always.”

A second added: “I’m so so proud of you.

“Keep going and keep being you because you are such an incredible human.”

Grace is currently working hard on her debut album.

Despite bagging a record deal in 2017, the starlet is yet to release a post-X Factor single.

Chatting to Daily Star Online in February 2018, Grace said: “I need this album to be personal to me and I need it to come from my heart and my brain so it will all be written by me.

“I am writing and writing every single day. It has got to be perfect for me and I don’t want to release s***.”

When asked if she’s got a goal in mind for when she wants the album in stores, Grace said: “There isn’t a timeframe. I am just completely taking my time.

“I don’t want to wait too long obviously.

“I want to get out there and perform my songs and I want people to be able to hear it.”
