The X Factor: The Band returned tonight (December 13) on ITV with the third part of the new reality television series. The newly formed boy band features six new members and will be going up again the rival girl band in Sunday’s (December 15) final.

Who is in the boy band in X Factor?

Talent show X Factor The Band sees several contestants audition to be part of a newly-formed girl or boy band.

Friday (December 13) evening’s show saw the male auditionees take to the live stage.

Judges Simon Cowell, Nicole Scherzinger and Leona Lewis weighed in on who they wanted to make the final cut.

Narrowing it down to an initial 10 boys, the judges then decided who the six boys to go through to Sunday evening’s final were.

The full line-up of the newly-created boyband is Boaz Dopemu, Caius Duncombe, Fred Roberts, Harrison Cole, Jed Thomas and Reece Wiltshire-Fessey.

Harrison Cole

Harrison Cole and his unique talent made it into the final thanks to his skill writing and producing his own tracks.

The 19-year-old from Surrey described his style as having a bit of an edge compared to the other boys in the competition.

Jed Thomas

The youngest member of the band is Jed Thomas at just 16-years-old.

He’s from Meriden and has been singing since the age of 11 and is self-taught.

Reece Wiltshire-Fessey

The only Welsh contestant is Reece Wiltshire-Fessey who is a 19-year-old working in digital marketing.

Having built up a following on TikTok, Reece also made it into the band for Sunday’s final.

The boys will face the already formed girl band in the final of the competition.

The girl band is formed of Kellimarie Willis, Jess Folley, Luena Martinez, Seorsia Leagh Jack, Halle Williams and Virginia Hampson.

X Factor The Band finishes on Sunday, December 15 at 9pm on ITV.
