Wisconsin Badgers video games: Badgers move up in polls after beating Michigan – Bucky’s 5th Quarter

The Virtual Wisconsin Badgers have started off the season hot and are now 3-0 after pummeling the Michigan Wolverines last week. The rest of the B1G West is also playing well including ::swallows bile:: Minnesota and Nebraska, who just upset Ohio State.

Here are the B1G standings for both divisions, where it looks like the East division is the little brother for the first time ever. Although, it is worth noting that the three worst teams in the West haven’t played a conference game yet.

The top-25 has seen a little bit of a shakeup with Michigan, Ohio State and Penn State all dropping out of the top-10 and Wisconsin moving up to No. 11 (yet somehow still behind Michigan) after their big road win.

Following another huge performance, and this time against a ranked opponent, Jonathan Taylor has moved into the top spot of the Heisman Trophy rankings, just ahead of Ohio State’s J.K. Dobbins. One of these days the Texas A&M QB who doesn’t even play won’t be on this list anymore, but at least he isn’t leading.

As noted in the header image to the article, Taylor was also named the B1G Offensive Player of the Week in the win over Michigan.

Eastern Michigan is up next and should allow for some resting of key players before B1G play starts back up.
