EMMERDALE fans are convinced Aaron Dingle is going to fall for Luke Posner – sparking a love triangle with Victoria Sugden.
The mechanic – played by Danny Miller – is determined to drive Luke and his mum Wendy out of the village after her son Lee raped Victoria, but is there likely to be a romance between the pair? Here’s everything we know about the potential love triangle…

Will Aaron and Luke get together in Emmerdale?
Emmerdale fans know that Aaron has had it in for Luke from day one.
Aaron blames Luke and his mum Wendy for Lee’s reign of terror over his family.
Following Vic’s rape, Aaron was devastated when his husband Robert was sentenced to life imprisonment after pleading guilty to his murder.
Aaron then hit rock bottom when Robert sent divorce papers through the post after getting moved to a prison on the Isle of Wight.
To make matters worse, Victoria is set to give birth to Wendy’s grandson after falling pregnant in the wake of the rape.
An emotional Aaron is refusing to stand for Wendy and Luke moving into the village.
The mechanic has already snapped a number of times and lashed out violently at Luke.
But fans have the controversial view that the tension could turn out to be sexual.
One fan tweeted: “THEORY ALERT!! #LukeRon it’s going to happen!”
Another said: “Robert & Aaron are soulmates. No doubt about it, but, #LukeRon is going to happen. It’s already messed up situation. I predict that at some point, Luke will start being attracted to Aaron. Aaron will be taken aback by how he feels then boom…”

However, whether a romance between Luke and Aaron is wishful thinking remains to be seen, and fans will have to tune in to find out.

Is Robert coming back to Emmerdale?
Fans of Robron will be disappointed to hear that actor Ryan Hawley – who plays Robert in the ITV soap – has quit Emmerdale after five years.
The star has played the popular character since 2014 but has confirmed his exit.
Aaron’s marriage with Robert might be over as a result, but there’s still plenty more fish in the sea out there for the mechanic.

How did Aaron and Robert get together in Emmerdale?
Emmerdale fans know that neither Robert nor Aaron are strangers to a tumultuous relationship.
Aaron’s romance with Robert began when the mechanic stole his car and Robert then blackmailed him into a fake robbery at Home Farm to get his own back on Lawrence White.
Robert later discovered Aaron was gay and faked a car breakdown to call out the mechanic for some assistance before passionately kissing him and having sex in a car.
But Robert insisted he was straight, and that his fling with Aaron was a one-off.
At the time, Robert was struggling with his sexuality and also engaged to Chrissie White.
The pair then started a tumultuous affair that came to a head with the murder of resident Katie when she threatened to expose Robert for being gay.

What will happen to Victoria?
Victoria had a fleeting romance with Luke before they both realised he was the brother of her rapist.
Luke vowed he had no idea who she was, but Lee’s mum Wendy put her foot in any potential romance when she moved into the village to be close to Victoria’s baby.
In upcoming episodes, Vic is set to give birth to Luke’s niece and will struggle to keep Lee’s family away from the newborn baby.
With so much on her plate it seems unlikely that Victoria will have time to get involved in a twisted love triangle.
But with plot details being kept under wraps for now, fans will have to wait and see.
