Kevin Kilbane is taking part in Dancing On Ice 2020.
The former Everton footballer is partnered up with Brianne Delcourt and while he has never skated before, he is looking forward to the challenge.
“I’m starting from scratch here,” he admitted prior to the show’s first episode. “This is going to be a massive challenge for me.”

Who is Kevin Kilbane?
Kevin was born in Preston, Lancashire, and started playing football at his local club, Preston North End.
He was then sold to West Bromwich Albion for £1 million only two years later and the deal made him the club’s most expensive signing at the time.
Kevin scored 15 goals in 106 appearances during his time at Albion, before being signed by Sunderland in 1999 for £2.5 million.

What football teams has Kevin played for?
His career at Sunderland started well, but Kevin’s popularity began to wane at the club as their league performance worsened, ultimately leading to their relegation from the Premier League in 2003.
After Sunderland’s relegation, Kevin moved to Everton. He stayed there for three years and enjoyed more success than he did at Sunderland, but was sent off in his final game at the club after two bookable offences.
After his stint at Everton, Kevin signed a three-year deal with Wigan Athletic, where he made 76 appearances and scored two goals. He then transferred to Hull City in 2009, and was loaned out to Huddersfield Town and Derby County before sustaining a back injury.
His final move saw him signed by Coventry City, but he only stayed at the club for five months before retiring from football in 2012.
After retirement, Kevin made his way into sports media. He is now an analyst for Virgin Media Television, Final Score, BBC Radio 5 Live, Match of the Day, and Newstalk Radio Off The Ball Football Show, and commentated for the BBC at the 2014 Brazilian World Cup.
He has also started dabbling as a DJ, and made his debut performance at 2019’s Electric Picnic festival as “DJ Killa”.
