Ex-EastEnders star Jacqueline Jossa is just one of the famous faces in the jungle for this year’s I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!.

The 27-year-old is known for playing Lauren Branning in the long-running soap and is married to former The Only Way Is Essex star Dan Osborne.

Jacqueline says it will be tough being away from her “close-knit” family for so long, including her young children.

Here’s everything you need to know about the actress…

Who is Jacqueline Jossa?

Born in Bexley in October 1992, Jacqueline got her big break in 2010 when she was cast in the role of Lauren Branning in EastEnders.

She appeared in spin-off show Lauren’s Diaries from 2010-2011, while also winning the Best Newcomer category at the National Television Awards in 2012 and Best Actress at the 2013 Inside Soap Awards.

In 2017, she announced she would be leaving the show, with her final scenes airing in February 2018.

Who is her husband Dan Osborne?

Jacqueline has been in a relationship with Dan Osborne since 2013 and the pair got engaged in 2015 and then married in June 2017.

She gave birth to her first child Ella in 2015 and their second daughter together, Mia, was born in 2018.

Jacqueline is also stepmother to Osborne’s child from a previous relationship, six-year-old Teddy.

Dan is known for being a cast member on The Only Way Is Essex from 2013 to 2015, and also for finishing third on Celebrity Big Brother in 2018.

Their relationship has been marred however over allegations that Osborne has cheated on his wife, with the couple briefly breaking up in 2018 before they got back together following his stint in the CBB house.

What has she said about going into the jungle?

Jacqueline has said it will be “really hard” to leave her young family behind, saying it is the “long she has been away from them,” adding that she will “miss them all terribly.”

She’s also admitted to being scared of spiders, saying “they are the worst.”
