Who is returning to Victoria for season three?

Victoria once again has an all-star cast for its latest series.

Here are the cast who are reprising their roles for the new season:

Jenna Coleman as Queen Victoria

Jenna is back playing the title role of Queen Victoria.

Her character is leading her country while also attempting not to fail in her duties to her husband Prince Albert and their ever-expanding family.

Jenna is a well-known face on TV thanks to roles on ITV’s Titanic, Emmerdale and Doctor Who.

The actress recently wowed audiences in The Cry.

Tom Hughes as Prince Albert

The role of Prince Albert is played by Tom Hughes, who is dating Jenna off-screen, as he continues to battle with his position as the Queen’s spouse.

Tom’s big break came in Ricky Gervais and Stephen Merchant‘s movie Cemetary Junction.

He and Jenna first met in Dancing on the Edge back in 2013.

Nell Hudson as Skerrett

Nell has been in Victoria since season one.

She plays Nancy Skerret – the Queen’s Head Dresser and confidant.

Nell’s character is i a secret relationship with the palace’s chef, Francatelli – will they finally get married in season three?

Before Victoria Nell was known for starring in Outlander.

She also appeared in an episode of Call The Midwife.

Ferdinand Kingsley as Francatelli

This actor was bound to end up on the stage or screen as his dad is Sir Ben Kingsley.

His character has been in the show since the start and he plays the Queen’s head chef, who is in love with Nancy Skerret.

Other than Victoria he is known for Ripper Street and Poirot.

He also appeared in the film The Last Legion, where he played his father’s character as a young man.

Jordan Waller as Lord Alfred Paget

Jordan had his breakthrough starring in Victoria as the kindhearted Lord Alfred.

His character enjoyed a gay love affair in the first series of the show.

Apart from Victoria he recently starred in Darkest Hour.

Adrian Schiller as Penge

Adrian has had a recurring role in Victoria since season one.

He plays the Head Butler at Buckingham Palace.

Adrian has enjoyed a career that spans over two decades.

Over the last five years he has had roles in big movies including Beauty and the Beast, Suffragette and The Danish Girl.

 Laurence Fox plays the dashing Lord Palmerston

Who is new to Victoria season three?

The new series brings with it a whole new batch of high profile stars.

Here’s who you can expect to see in season three:

Laurence Fox as Lord Palmerston

Laurence Fox  is new to the cast as Foreign Secretary Lord Palmerston.

His character promises to be “charismatic and wayward.”

Laurence, who was formerly married to Billie Piper, comes from a strong acting dynasty – The Fox Family.

He is best known for starring in Morse spin-off, Lewis.

Kate Fleetwood as Feodora

Kate Fleetwood will arrive in the series in episode one as Queen Victoria’s mysterious sister Feodora.

Her character is set to make life complicated for the monarch.

She recently starred in TV show Harlots and also had a small part in Star Wars: The Force Awakens.

Vincent Regan as King Louis Philippe

Vincent takes on the role of King Louis, who is exiled from France during the French revolution and seeks refuge at Buckingham Palace.

Vincent has been on the box a lot lately.

The actor recently starred as Dawn French‘s lover and nemesis in Delicious.

He also played King Simon in The Royals.

John Sessions as the Prime Minster Lord John Russell

The role of the latest Prime Minister in Victoria is taken on by actor John Sessions.

Before filming this show he starred in The Loch.

The actor also recently had a role in Death In Paradise.

 Lily Traver takes on the role of Duchess Sophie of Monmouth

Like her co-star Kate Fleetwood, she recently starred in TV show Harlots.

In 2017 she had a small part in ITV’s Endeavour.

When is the third series of Victoria on TV?

Season three of Victoria finally arrives this SUNDAY (March 24, 2091) at 9pm on ITV

The show has already started airing in the US, much to the UK fans disappointment.

Starting in 1848, the third instalment of the lavish drama will depict a turbulent and uncertain time for both Europe and the monarchy.
