Who did Amber pick in the recoupling on Love Island last night?

Decisions, decisions… (Pictures: ITV)

We’ve been presented with yet another love triangle on Love Island, and, with Greg O’Shea going up against Michael Griffiths to try and win the heart of Amber Gill, it’s been an absolute doozy.

Michael previously told Amber he still liked her, despite deciding there were multiple issues in their seemingly issue-free relationship during the Casa Amor split, dumping her for Joanna Chimonides, and insisting multiple times to multiple people that he no longer had feelings for Amber when she returned.

Not long before his fresh revelation to the beauty therapist, Amber also starting being wooed by rugby player and aspiring solicitor Greg O’Shea, who seems like an all-round sweetie so far.

So, with this dilemma on her hands, who did Amber choose?

Who did Amber pick in the recoupling last night?

In a shock decision which rocked the Love Island villa, Amber pied Michael and picked Greg.

‘It’s hard choosing whether to go with heart or head, or a mixture of both, or what the hell you should do,’ she said at the recoupling.

She later told her new beau that she wouldn’t deal with Michael’s behaviour in the outside world so she refused to accept it in the villa, and he said he was ‘delighted’.

He later said in the Beach Hut: ‘It took guts for her to do what she did.’

Before the recoupling, some of Amber’s fellow Islanders warned her against choosing Michael, with Belle Hassan telling her in Friday’s episode: ‘He has completely betrayed your trust and picked someone else over you.

‘If I was in your position, I would start something new with someone else.’

Word.

After the recoupling aired, Joanna  – who was brutally dumped from the villa earlier this week – took to Instagram to say: ‘I am actually really proud of her, I’m not going to lie.

‘That was probably one of the hardest decisions that she was going to have to make and she did so well.

‘Good on her!’
