Which celebrities are backing Donald Trump in the upcoming US election?

The US presidential election is just days away, with Donald Trump battling Joe Biden for the White House.

It is set to be the most divisive vote in history, with the polls closing on November 3.

There are a number of famous faces urging fans to make their voices heard, sharing their own views across social media.

A string of stars have pledged their support for Biden, including Taylor Swift, Jennifer Aniston and some of the Avengers gang.

Kirstie Alley was forced to defend herself after she pledged her support for Trump, explaining he ‘gets things done quickly’.

In a message shared on Twitter, she told fans: ‘I’m voting for @realDonaldTrump because he’s NOT a politician. I voted for him 4 years ago for this reason and shall vote for him again for this reason.

‘He gets things done quickly and he will turn the economy around quickly. There you have it folks there you have it.’

After being met by criticism, she doubled down on the support, penning: ‘Don’t think I’ve ever seen so much name-calling in my life.

‘Definitely not on my site here anyway I guess I’m not allowed to have a viewpoint without being called a really nasty names by what I’m going to suppose are really nasty people.

‘Stick to your guns. Not always easy to be under fire but always easier than going against your own integrity. & JUST REMEMBER: if it takes thousands to try & bring u down, you must be one powerful Mfer Love wins.’

Jon Voight

Jon has been a long-time supporter of Donald Trump, and appeared in a video appeal to urge others to follow suit.

‘Biden is evil,’ he began the clip. ‘Trump must win. He’s real. He will bring back the people’s trust.

‘These leftists are not for the American people. It’s the biggest cover-up ever.’

He also insisted that Biden is ‘an extension’ of Barack Obama, whose policies ‘weakened’ America, and told fans they ‘cannot let that happen again’.

James Woods

James Wood shared his admiration for Trump on social media, stating the Apprentice star ‘loves America more than any president in my lifetime.’

The Disney actor – who previously appeared in Hercules – tweeted: ‘Let’s face it. Donald Trump is a rough individual.

‘He is vain, insensitive and raw. But he loves America more than any President in my lifetime.

‘He is the last firewall between us and this cesspool called Washington.

‘I’ll take him any day over any of these bums. #Trump2020.’

Trump publicly thanked the actor for his message, replying: ‘I think that is a great compliment. Thank you James!’

Lil Pump

Lil Pump declared he was Team Trump, and recalled a meeting the pair had shared.

Uploading a photo of himself shaking hands with the President on Instagram earlier this week, the rapper simply captioned it: ‘THE DAY I MET TRUMP #trump202022020.’

‘We know that some people don’t give it to you as much as maybe they should sometimes.’

Conor described Trump as ‘phenomenal’ in January as the President honoured Martin Luther King Day in a tweet, while claiming that the numbers for poverty and employment were the best they had ever been.

‘Phenomenal President. Quite possibly the USA [goat],’ the MMA fighter enthused. ‘Most certainly one of them anyway, as he sits atop the shoulders of many amazing giants that came before him.
