Pokémon Go fans are biding their time until their next Community Day at the end of the month, where Rhyhorns will evolve into its final form, Rhyperior.

The game is going from strength to strength, with the number of locations with Pokémon doubled in December.

For newbies to the game or the experienced pro, the Sinnoh Stone is a useful and much-coveted feature.

What exactly is it and how can you use the Sinnoh Stone?

What is the Sinnoh Stone in Pokemon Go?

The Sinnoh Stone is a special evolution item that lets you transform many of the game’s Pokemon into their Gen 4 versions.

The likes of Rhyperior, Magmortar, Electivire, Mismagus, Gliscor, PorygonZ, Honchkrow, Weavile, Roserade, Togekiss, and Dusknoir cannot be caught in the wild like regular pokémon and won’t evolve using just candies – so you need the stone to get catch’em all.

How to get the Sinnoh Stone in Pokemon Go

The method of how to get a Sinnoh Stone still involves completing a seven-day field research breakthrough.

But a new way to get hold of a Sinnoh Stone was shared by reddit user Arik90.
