Welcome to our new daily series, What I Binge – where we dissect what our favourite stars are currently watching to get some TV tips to stop us getting bored during coronavirus self-isolation.

Today, we’ve spoken to I’m A Celeb star, Emily Atack – who is embracing self-care and lounging as she settles in for the duration of our time in quarantine.

‘Treat yourself. Get the crisps out, light a candle, open your easter eggs early, and FaceTime your mates,’ she told Metro.co.uk. ‘It’s important to stay connected.’

So what is our Emily tuning in to right now?

Is she joining the Tiger King collective like Scarlett Moffatt? Ignoring the news cycle to embrace dating shows like Love Is Blind instead like Ross Mathews?

Here’s what she’s recommending we tune into when we can’t figure out what to watch…

What are you binge watching right now?

I’m on the last series of The Affair. It’s taken me ages to get through it all!

What show do you find yourself always going back to?

The Office, Extras or The Trip are the ones.

Basically, I go to anything where I genuinely think the jokes get funnier every time I watch it.

What was the last show you sat and binge watched in one sitting?

Flesh and Blood – I got through that in a day.

Actually, come to think of it, it was day one of isolation!

What was the last show to make you cry laughing?

It was Extras. That scene where Andy Millman and his agent are caught in the loos at the Baftas with Ronnie Corbett.

Seeing all three of them lined up getting b****ked by the head of Bafta like a bunch of school kids gets me every time.

What was the last show to make you cry?

This was also Extras, sorry! But the last ever scene is so emotional.

Andy’s in the Big Brother house and he’s apologising to Maggie through the cameras.

He makes this beautiful speech about realising fame and money hasn’t brought him the happiness he thought it would.

Tears. Every. Time.

Do you have a show you didn’t expect to fall in love with?

I remember being introduced to Curb Your Enthusiasm years ago because my granddad was watching it.

I watched one episode with him and I became absolutely hooked.

What show do you think more people should be watching right now?

After remembering that, definitely Curb Your Enthusiasm!

Not many of my friends know it – and they bloody well should!

What show do you think more people should be watching right now?

There is so much I need to get started on right now. I think I’m going to start Tiger King – everyone seems to be going mad for it…

… I accidentally keep calling it Tiger Prawn.

The twisted story of Luka Magnotta’s murder of animals, and eventually Jun Lin has put Emily off docs (Picture: Rex)

What was the best binge-watch tip someone gave you?

My cousin Lydia is always good with a recommendation.

I recently got through Don’t F**k With Cats though, which was pretty morbid and depressing.

….So I’m mainly going to stick with comedy through the isolation period I think after that.

Though I do love a good drama.
