Katie Price has returned to the UK after a horror accident on holiday in Turkey left her in hospital and then needing a wheelchair as she is unable to walk.
Pictured attending an appointment in London relating to her injuries, the reality star suggested that her injuries were more serious than she first realised and described herself as ‘gutted’ by the diagnosis.
But what actually happened to Katie Price while she was on holiday and how did she sustain such serious injuries?

Katie, 42, suffered a serious fall while on a family day out at a theme park in Turkey with her boyfriend Carl Woods and her children Princess, 13, and Junior, 15.
The mum-of-five has confirmed via social media that she has broken both her ankles and her feet as a result of a ‘silly’ accident where she tried to jump over a wall while in Turkey.
She explained on her YouTube channel: ‘Silly me, at my age, should calm things down. Basically, silly little accident. I was running and jumped over a wall, as it was a little shortcut, and didn’t really judge the height.
‘I just sort of fell funny on my ankles and I fractured the hairline on my heels and stuff. The hospital here wanted to operate and wanted to put pins in and stuff. Because I’m away, I’d rather wait until I get home.’
She continued: ‘It’s the most painful thing ever. Like when I was trying to put the cast on, I was screaming in pain. They said I won’t be able to walk for three to six months.’
Following an appointment with her consultant and surgeon about her injuries this week, Katie shared that further scans had revealed ‘absolutely devastating’ news for her, but is yet to elaborate on what this update regarding her injuries is.
