West Ham now sit one point above Chelsea in the final Champions League spot with eight games remaining.
They face tough matches against Leicester and Chelsea in the next few weeks which could determine whether they manage to hold on a top-four spot.
But Lingard believes David Moyes’ side have what it takes to maintain their form.
Asked if they can stay there, Lingard added: “It’s about maintaining and keeping a focus in each game we’ve got.
“We’ve got a tough run of fixtures but the lads are ready and we just prepare for the next game.”
