‘We were pi**ed’ Death In Paradise's Ralf Little in drunk Weakest Link stint admission

Ralf Little, 41, has spoken about his drunken appearance on game show The Weakest Link back in 2006, which he filmed after treating himself to a beer. The Death In Paradise star recalled how he and his Two Pints Of Lager And A Packet Of Crisps co-star Will Mellor were “p***ed” when they went on the programme.

She was known for her particularly acerbic presenting style, and would often grill the contestants on a range of topics, including their style choices.

The presenter is set to make her debut on Countdown tonight after replacing Nick Hewer as host of the quiz show.

Elsewhere, Will and Ralf marked the 20th anniversary of when Two Pints Of Lager And A Packet Of Crisps first aired on the BBC.

Written by the show’s original creator Susan Nickson, they created a sketch that saw the two reprise their roles as Jonny and Gaz.

The five-minute video ends with Ralf’s character Jonny asking to borrow some money so he can come back to the UK, hinting that the show could return in the future for new episodes.

Given that we’ve seen revivals of some of the BBC’s most loved sitcoms, such as The Vicar of Dibley and Gavin and Stacey in recent years, a reunion could be on the cards.

One hopeful fan wrote: “Loved this show!! Hope they do another episode after watching this,” while another said: “Oh please please bring it back!!!”
