Three years after starring on AMC’s The Walking Dead together, Steven Yeun and Sonequa Martin-Green reunited for a sparkling appearance on the red carpet.
They swapped gore and zombies for something a little classier as they both attended Paleyfest for the Star Trek: Discovery and The Twilight Zone at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles on Sunday.
The pair were part of a symposium with fans to promote their respective new roles on Star Trek and The Twilight Zone. They were all smiles as they posed for photographs together.
Fans of the post-apocalyptic zombie show will fondly recall Yeun, who starred as Glenn Rhee from 2010 until 2016 before he was killed by Negan and Lucille, who beat him to death as people watched on in the season 7 premiere.
Martin-Green, 34, played Sasha Williams on The Walking Dead from 2012-2018.
She, too met with a grizzly end when, though she took a cyanide tablet to die, ended up turning into a walker, and Maggie Rhee stabbed her in the head to give her the true death.
Her performance on The Walking Dead appears to have opened lots of doors for the star, and she currently acts in a lead role for the CBS All Access web series Star Trek: Discovery.
She plays Michael Burnham, a science specialist on the USS Discovery.
Yeun took to the stage to answer questions from fans about Jordan Peele’s The Twilight Zone reboot, where he is set to star in an episode of the show.
The series is will premiere on CBS All Access April 1, 2019.
