He said: “The last harvest was 40 days and we took very few days off.
“We work 12 or more hours a day which sounds crazy but we are happy to work those hours.
“We did that for about four weeks which is very intensive, it’s tough juggling family life but they all understand and they get it. It’s a wonderful job.”
