Victoria Beckham proved she’s posh my name and posh by nature on Tuesday after revealing she spends almost £6 on bread for her simple avocado and toast breakfast.
Taking to Instagram, the former Spice Girl, 45, shared a snap of the healthy breakfast staple made with wholegrain Ezekiel 4:9 bread – and admitted her children love it.
However fans hoping to replicate the simple breakfast will have to spend a little more on their humble loaf, with the bread retailing at a rather costly £5.95.

The loaf, made from sprouted grains, is only available from Amazon’s grocery store and takes its name from the Hebrew prophet, a central protagonist in the Book of Ezekiel.
A passage from the Bible’s Ezekiel 4:9 reads: ‘Take also unto thee wheat, and barley, and beans, and lentils and millet, and spelt and put them in one vessel.’
With the bread only available online, anyone looking to splash out will also have to spend an unholy £2.99 in delivery charges.

The extortionate price is understood to be based on its inflated labour costs, caused by its use of sprouted grains and pulses.
While it retails at a significantly higher price than the standard loaf, Ezekiel has a series of nutritional benefits, including an increase in vitamins B1, B2, and vitamin E.
It is however filled with the same carb count as any other standard loaf, and is not an alternative for anyone hoping to lose weight.

Taking to Instagram shortly after revealing her costly taste in bread, the health conscious mother-of-three shared a snap of her light lunch – a bowl of mixed fruit.
