Victoria Beckham has praised her girl group Spice Girls for their healthy attitude towards beauty.
Victoria, who has gone from pop star to fashion designer and make up guru, says her idea of girl power and beauty hasn’t changed since having her daughter Harper.
She told This Morning that the Wannabe singers each embraced their different looks to become the best version of themselves they can be.
Speaking of her band mates, she said: ‘When we were in the Spice Girls it was about accepting that we were all different and we wanted to have fun, and we wanted to just look like the best version of ourselves. So [my idea of beauty] hasn’t changed at all.’
In the exclusive clip, she revealed that she loves a dramatic, full eyebrow, and learnt ‘the hard way’ that you shouldn’t over pluck them.
The mum of four clearly has a lot of love for band mates Mel B, Mel C, Emma Bunton and Geri Horner, however, she decided not to join the ladies on their reunion tour earlier this year.
The 45-year-old also insisted that she doesn’t want to ‘change’ anything about how she looks.
She said: ‘I’m fine with growing older. I’m not trying to look any younger at all. I just wanna look good for my age. I wanna look like the best version of myself. I wanna look after what I have.
‘I don’t really want to change anything. And I’m okay with that. I like how getting older feels. I’m okay with how it looks because it is what it is. Everybody is going to get older. [But] I don’t love how it [getting older] sounds’.
