David Beckham proved he’s the biggest kid of all, spending a solid nine hours attempting to build a Lego Land Rover.

During the confusing time between Christmas and New Year, when many of us can barely remember our own names, the former Manchester United footballer sat down to piece together a model.
But wife Victoria couldn’t cope with how long the 44-year-old was spending building the £160 set, which is aimed at children.
Taking to Instagram, the Spice Girls singer turned fashion designer shared a video of the dad-of-four, hard at work, while listening to some mood-setting opera.
She then shared another video a good few hours later – after enjoying a mini Spice Girls reunion with Emma Bunton – showing her beau was still at it.
‘We’ve been for dinner, we had a break, we’re about to finish the Lego,’ she said.
‘Dropped some pieces, Mr Cruz is looking for it, and Harper. How much longer, David?’
‘I reckon 20 minutes,’ he said, to which she replied: ‘It does say on the box that it’s for 11-year-olds…’
Not letting anyone spoil his fun, David hit back: ‘Darling I’ve completed this [much] in nine hours.’
Victoria goaded: ‘But you are 44, you know that?’
Getting that last word in, he added: ‘Yep and you’re 45.’

This isn’t the only festive furore that has come to the Beckham household this year, after the footballer was accused of pretending to cook a Christmas dinner – while a chef did all the work behind him.
Ever the proud wife, Victoria uploaded a clip to her Instagram story, showing her beau carving a huge turkey, alongside the message: ‘Christmas dinner with the Beckhams’.
However, eagle-eyed scrooges have decided to take all the fun out of Christmas, spotting a chef in the background who was doing some frantic cooking.
Unimpressed fans flocked to Twitter to mock the scene, with one writing: ‘The hilarious thing about David Beckham carving the turkey for the fam is the chef in the background looking at him likeeee… “you’re carving it wrong mate!!”
‘Oh and he has now deleted the vid because it prob looks snobby and he was doing it badly!’
To be fair, Becks never said he made it himself…
