Victoria and David Beckham get VERY silly as they occupy themselves in lockdown by baking a cake


Victoria and David Beckham decided to wile away their third day in lockdown by baking a lemon drizzle cake.

The the famous couple got very silly as they took to their Cotswolds kitchen to whip up a culinary storm.

There were jokes about breaking wind, playful teases and innuendos flying all over the shop as Victoria, 45, documented David’s attempts at home baking.

The Spice Girls star filmed as David, 44, used the cake mixer to whip up the ingredients, just as a suspicious noise could be heard off-screen. 

Bursting into laughter, Victoria swiftly insisted: ‘That was the dog! That was the dog making that noise!’

‘Darling don’t lie! Seriously, we know you had baked beans for lunch,’ came David’s droll reaction.

‘Oh my god stop!’ Victoria scolded, blaming their spaniel Fig for the noise.

In it goes: 'You've got to put your prick in it!' Victoria observed, stifling a giggle. 'Put your prick in it - pull it out. It's a success, it's a major success!'

Out it comes: Ok, so the cake has come out of the oven!' Victoria narrated. 'And we're pretty excited and confident, right David?'

The process continued, with David beating the sugar and egg whites in a bowl, as Victoria declared they were trying to make the mixture ‘go hard’.

‘Really go for it!’ she instructed her whisking husband.

He was then seen folding the thickened mixture, as VB told him to ‘go from the bottom’ and predicted that they will get offered their own TV show off the back of their attempts.

As the cake baked, Victoria lamented being the one who has to clear up the mess, joking that she has become ‘extremely close’ with the dishwasher, having had to already load it 25 times that day.

Cut to later, and the cake is out of the over – with David seen positioning a tooth pick over the firm sponge.

‘Ok, so the cake has come out of the oven!’ Victoria narrated. ‘And we’re pretty excited and confident, right David?’

‘Well, I’m confident because I did it!’ David quipped, before explaining that the tooth pick needs to ‘come out dry’ once stuck into the cake.

‘You’ve got to put your prick in it!’ Victoria observed, stifling a giggle. ‘Put your prick in it – pull it out. It’s a success, it’s a major success!’

Clearly the Beckham household are starting to feel a tad stir crazy, much like the rest of the nation, holed up indoors during the UK’s battle to beat COVID-19.

And if it was indeed Fig making the noises in the kitchen, Victoria’s post from Tuesday might shed some context onto it.

She explained that her pets were feeling unsettled, during the current uncertain time of global pandemic.

Posting a snap of her cuddling up to Fig, Posh Spice wrote alongside it: ‘Even our pets feel unsettled x Let’s take the time to show them love too x We love u Fig xxx What are u doing to make ur pets feel loved? [sic]’
