Unity poaches Palo Alto Networks CFO – MarketWatch


Palo Alto Networks Inc.’s chief financial officer is leaving cybersecurity for videogames.

announced Wednesday afternoon that it had hired Palo Alto Networks

CFO Luis Felipe Visoso — who was appointed to Unity’s board of directors in September — to serve as its new CFO. He will take the new position April 5, replacing Kim Jabal, who led Unity through its initial public offering in 2020.

Palo Alto Networks will replace Visoso with Dipak Golechha, who joined the security-software company late last year as senior vice president of finance. Golechha previously spent 18 years with Procter & Gamble Co.

Visoso also spent formative years at Procter & Gamble, before becoming CFO of Amazon.com Inc.’s

cloud-computing arm Amazon Web Services. He joined Palo Alto Networks in July 2020, and now joins a software company aimed at videogame developers.

Visoso will resign his Unity board seat and responsibilities on its audit committee as part of the move, Unity disclosed.
