Unai Emery believes Arsenal can still qualify for the Champions League ahead of their crucial clash with Leicester City on Sunday.

A win over Leicester will pile the pressure on Chelsea and Manchester United, who face off at Old Trafford in their Premier League clash this weekend.

Arsenal are a point behind fourth-placed Chelsea and can leapfrog the Blues on Sunday with a win, as long as they fail to beat United.

Emery pointed out Arsenal can still make it into the Champions League by winning the Europa League, but is disappointed to see his side miss out on chances to take control of the top four race in the league.

‘Top four is the target, a difficult target,’ said Emery.

‘We have lost in the last two matches, to Crystal Palace and here, but the last three matches we play in the Premier League we have opportunities.

‘Generally we are disappointed but we need to look at all the season. We need to prepare as best as possible for Leicester.

‘Again it is very difficult, but hopefully we can take something.’

‘We lost from our hands the opportunity for fourth, but we can also recover this opportunity,’ he added.
