If you’re a Line of Duty fan, there’s no denying you’ll have something to say about last night’s season finale.

But if you haven’t seen it yet, this is your warning – as there are spoilers ahead.

The final moments of the episode showed Jo Davidson enjoying her new life under witness protection, living with her new partner and bouncy dog in a gorgeous cottage in the countryside.

However, it looks like the adorable rural property caught the attention of viewers, as Google Trends data shows a small spike in interest in the minutes following the show.

And now a holiday rental site believes it has tracked down the location of the cottage.

Sleuths at LastMinute-Cottages.co.uk believe Jo’s new house is found in the picturesque Vale of Glamorgan in South Wales.

Matt Fox, CEO and co-founder of Last Minute Cottages said: ‘Our CHIS really came through to help us discover Jo’s location and, while we’re confident in our investigation findings, we will only say that we believe that the cottage is in the Vale of Glamorgan.

‘The region is home to many incredible holiday cottages still available for this summer, many of which are, like Jo and her partner’s house, dog-friendly.’

While the exact cottage doesn’t appear to be available to rent for a UK staycation, the team have put together some similar luxury stays in the region – perfect for hardcore Line of Duty fans….
