A video recorded by a resident of Guatemala shows what looks like a pure white light being has been sighted. The object in the video appears to sit almost perfectly in the cloudy sky.
Alien hunters who have seen the video claim it to be proof of extraterrestrials, and that there is a alien base off the coast of Central America.
Prominent UFO hunter Scott C Waring made the astonishing claim on his blog UFO Sightings Daily.
He also said similar sightings have been made on the Moon.
This led the alien hunter to begin theorising that beings inside the craft came from the lunar satellite.
Mr Waring said: “This seems strange, however its explainable.
“The shine of the craft is because its a white reflective material which makes the object impossible to record it in its true detail.
“I have found many alien structures on earths moon made of such material and this is how they appear to the NASA cameras too.
“Guatemala is near the ocean, which has had a lot of UFO reports over the last decade, but most coming from Cuba and Costa Rica.
“I believe the UFOs come from underground bases under volcanoes in that region.”
However, there could be a much more logical explanation for the apparent UFO.
Most likely, the object in question is simply the Sun or the Moon peering through a small gap in the clouds, making them look a lot smaller than they actually are.
However, Mr Waring is convinced the coronavirus pandemic has proven humanity has the strength to deal with an alien revelation.
He said: “Much like COVID-19 did to the people in each country as it spread, because the public once believed that such a pandemic would be impossible, and yet, the human race has changed their perspective on that very fast.
“That’s how disclosure of intelligent aliens would be, but it would not kill people or frighten them as much.”
