K-pop girl group TWICE are set to bring their fans even deeper into their world with their YouTube series, which finally has a first trailer.

Giving a raw, honest look at the idols both on and off stage, TWICE: Seize The Light follows the group throughout their sold-out TWICELIGHTS tour from 2019.

The series, which premieres on YouTube at the end of the month, promises to chart the nine-member group’s highest and lowest points, and give an unflinching look at how super-stardom has impacted their lives both physically and mentally.

With exclusive interviews with all members and their families, ONCE will also get to see their personal lives as well as their professional ones.

The trailer, set to their tracks Stuck In My Head and One In A Million, sees the group jet off from South Korea on tour.

Member Mina did not join the other members on the road in north America due to anxiety, leaving Nayeon, Jeongyeon, Momo, Sana, Jihyo, Chaeyoung and Tzuyu to play the remaining dates.

Scenes of the members rehearsing hard, comforting each other and starting out as trainees suggest we will be getting a real look at the women who make up this iconic group.

You could say the series feels special (sorry).

Describing the series, YouTube said in a statement: ‘Fans and music lovers around the world will have the opportunity to see the sweat, tears, and emotions behind TWICE’s success since their debut four years ago.

‘The show celebrates TWICE’s hard work and determination as they continue their path to grow as another global K-Pop sensation.’

TWICE: Seize The Light airs 29 April, with a new episode dropping every Wednesday on their YouTube channel. Meanwhile YouTube Premium members will get access to all episodes at once to binge.

As a special treat for ONCE, on 28 April the group will host an exclusive live stream premiere from Seoul at 2pm KST (6am BST) on YouTube.
