TUC: Jobs at risk if UK fails to hit carbon emissions target


“We have to make that adjustment,” he stressed. “It’s very much a case of perhaps questioning the exact analysis, but sort of supporting the view that the government must provide consistent plans, year after year, up to 2030, 2035 and 2050 that promote the rotation of the economy away from one that’s emitting carbon emissions, to one which isn’t.”
