Trump Turnberry has hired a new senior sous chef, marketing manager and account manager.
David Main, the new Senior Sous Chef de Tournant, first worked at Turnberry in May 2009 as Senior Chef de Partie before a move to Dubai.
He has experience in world class hotels and restaurants including in the United Arab Emirates and China.
Alison MacLeod, from Ayr, has been appointed Marketing Manager for the resort. She was awarded the Marketing Leader of the Year 2016 by Marriott International and brings experience across two continents.
Ayrshire born and bred Siobhan Moore arrives as an Account Manager and will be the key point of contact for many of the resort’s clients while driving new business growth within the Scottish corporate sector.
MacLeod said: “It’s a thrilling time to be working for Trump Turnberry. The resort has made substantial investment in its accommodation, dining and golfing facilities in the last year and with that there are huge opportunities for growth.
“The key to our continued success will be ensuring our loyal customers remain drawn to the resort, as well as growing the awareness of our fantastic brand and product offer across the UK and beyond.”
