A MUM has been branded “trashy” after she admitted to letting her little girl watch 50 Shades of Gray – and says she likes it as much as Frozen.
Taking to Facebook the mum shared a snap of her toddler watching the explicit movie based on the erotic novels by E.L James.
The films have an age rating of 18 and are deemed unsuitable for anyone under that age, which this little girl clearly is.
Captioning her snap she wrote: “I think it’s funny that my daughter gets glued on 50 Shades just as bad as she does Frozen. Lol.
“And then when parts that are too graphic come on she turns her face into me. Lol.”
And while the mum’s friends didn’t seem to think there was anything wrong with the film, her post has since been shared on Reddit where it has left users outraged.
Commenting, one wrote: “I can’t fathom that kid even remotely understanding that any of the movie is “too graphic.” That’s learned behavior.”
“That’s a toddler. An infant would be slightly better than toddler watching it in all honesty,” added another.
A third commented: “Idiocracy the documentary.”
The post was shared on the subreddit r/Trashy.
The group has over 2.4 million members and is described as a place for “trashy stories, trashy glamour, all things fake, plastic and downright trashy.”
