08:10 UPDATE: Rangers transfer statement
Rangers boss Steven Gerrard says it will take a bumper offer to prise Alfredo Morelos away from Ibrox.
“As a club, we haven’t got a decision to make because a bid hasn’t come in. Will it? Possibly,” Gerrard said.
“However, if it does happen, it won’t happen late. If someone wants to spend a lot of money on a centre forward and they want to take my centre forward, they’d have to come early.
“If he did end up going, he would be impossible to replace with only days or weeks remaining in the window.”

“If you asked most Derby fans, he was their best player last year. I think it will be interesting on Mason Mount, what he does with Mason Mount.
“He’s got [Ruben] Loftus-Cheek, he’s got [Callum] Hudson-Odoi. So he’s got lots and lots of good players at his football club.”
