Ferne McCan has spoken out about her incontinence problem live on This Morning

The former TOWIE babe has revealed she was terrified to leave the house incase she wet herself after being left unable to control her bladder following the birth of her daughter.

The reality TV star said she used to “joke” about needing to go to the toilet more frequently since giving birth to Sunday in 2017 but the condition worsened.

During a segment on pelvic prolapse, Ferne chatted to Friday hosts Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford and Dr Sara about her water works.

Ferne , 29, told Friday hosts Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford: “I was terrified to leave the house incase I wet myself.”

“I think at first was a joke between friends. I even joked about it on my show.”

“When I sneezed or did star jumps i’d lose control of my bladder.”

“It got worse over time.”

Dr Sara chatted to Ferne on This Morning

“I was 28 at the time and I felt incontinent.

“I thought it was something associated with the elderly.

“It was embarrassing and I am wincing am I really on This Morning talking about this.”

Ferne admitted to This Morning’s Dr Sara Kyatt that she didn’t do her pelvic floor exercises.

She said: “I didn’t do them but I wish listened to my mum.”

Dr Sara advised viewers and Ferne that it is important for women to start doing the exercises as soon as possible.

The ITVBe star was recently spotted cosying up with Love Island Jordan Humes.
