Tottenham host Leicester in the Premier League this afternoon as both teams look to secure European football for next season.

Fourth-placed Leicester occupy the last Champions League spot with two matches to go but are only ahead of Manchester United on goal difference, while Spurs are seventh, one point behind Wolves and a place in next term’s Europa League.

Jose Mourinho’s men enter this afternoon’s fixture following back-to-back wins over north London rivals Arsenal and Steve Bruce’s Newcastle, while Brendan Rodgers’ Foxes defeated Sheffield United 2-0 in their last outing. Follow all the live action here after Bournemouth vs Southampton:

72 mins: Vardy wins a corner for Leicester and Gray takes it but Lloris confidently come out to claim the ball.

69 mins: Jonny Evans plays an awful pass and Spurs can break through Son. James Justin tracks back quickly and makes a great tackle as Son was looking to feed the ball to Kane.

Tielemans and Ndidi go off for Leicester with Mendy and Praet coming on at the drinks break.

66 mins: Kane flicks the ball into the box, Son makes a run in behind Jonny Evans but he goes too early and is offside.

63 mins: Ayoze Perez is replaced by Kelechi Iheanacho for Leicester.

60 mins: Sissoko puts the ball up to Kane who rolls off Morgan and is pulled to the ground. Tottenham free kick.

57 mins: Lucas Moura picks up a yellow card for taking Tielemans out from behind. Leicester win a free kick in Tottenham’s final third, about 25-yards out from goal and pretty central.

Gray goes for goal, beats the wall and Lloris tips it over the crossbar.

54 mins: Tottenham want to close this game out. They’ve got eight men in their own box to defend a cross which they do. Moura then punts the ball long and Harry Kane takes over, shoving Morgan off the ball and shooting from the edge of the box. The shot takes a deflection on it’s way out.

51 mins: Thomas brings down Lucas Moura on the right wing. Spurs send the free kick long but lose it.

48 mins: Harry Kane plays a beautiful ball in behind the defence as Son comes bursting through the lines. He gets to the ball but slips in the area and Leicester are able to clear the ball.

Second half: Demarai Gray comes on for Leicester as Ryan Bennett is subbed off after a less than stellar first half.

Reaction from Bournemouth goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale who told BT Sport:

“From such a high emotion and to concede late was tough. You can also accept it because we were throwing caution to the wind.

“I always felt we’d get one and score. The lads are dead on their feet. We threw everything at it, the chances were there and we didn’t manage to put any away.

“I’ve done my job to an extent. I’ve kept us in the game.

“We’ve got one game left. Now we have to look at the teams [in the relegation zone] to help us out. We have got to have belief. If we play like today hopefully one of these will drop for us.”

Earlier today Bournemouth were dealt a blow in their chances for survival as Southampton sealed a win at the Vitality Stadium:

If Tottenham score again and Leicester don’t then they’ll drop out of the top four on goal difference. Brendan Rodgers needs a good motivational speech at half time.

45+3 mins: Total domination by Spurs in terms of scoreline. They’re 3-0 up at the break with Leicester’s place in next season’s Champions League severely at risk.

40 mins: GOAL! Tottenham 3 – 0 Leicester – (Kane)

As was this. Spurs win the ball out on the right and switch it over to Kane on the left wing. Bennett allows Kane to cut into the box on his right foot and he curls the shot into the bottom corner of the far post.
