JUBILANT Boris Johnson will toast his 109 new MPs at a bash in Parliament after his stunning election triumph.
Tory bosses say they have had to order 50 extra bottles of wine because the landslide win gave the PM more members than expected.
Boris will use Thursday’s Queen’s Speech to unveil a series of measures designed to repay the working-class voters who deserted Labour in their droves to back him.
Details came as behind-the-scenes photos emerged of his celebrations when Thursday night’s exit poll pointed to his emphatic victory.
It will include radical new laws for housing tenants to finally bring an end to “no-fault evictions”, an effective ban on rail strikes and an end to early prison release for terrorists.
On Friday, the PM will take the first fresh step towards his priority of getting Brexit done by holding the historic Commons vote on his EU deal with Brussels.
But last night, Tory sources began to reveal the contents of Thursday’s speech, which sets out the Government’s legislative agenda for the next 12 months.
More than 11million renters will be protected by the move to repeal section 21 of the Housing Act 1988, which allows landlords to take back properties without needing a reason.
The PM will tell new MPs to use the next five years to relentlessly make his election pledges come true to reward the party’s new supporters in the former Labour heartlands of the North.
Control of Britain’s borders and improvements to the NHS will be at the centre of a shake-up designed to cement Conservative rule throughout the 2020s.
The Queen’s Speech will also include a law to stop councils and other public bodies boycotting products from other countries such as Israel.
Mr Johnson will also appoint at least two new members to his Cabinet.
Summing up what the PM’s message will be to his new MPs today, a No10 source said last night: “The seismic events on Thursday returned Conservative MPs in Bolsover, in Blythe and in Bishop Auckland to name but a few.
“This election and the new generation of MPs that have resulted from Labour towns turning blue will help change our politics for the better.
“The PM has been clear we have a responsibility to deliver a better future for our country and that we must repay the public’s trust by getting Brexit done.”
He also said they would be “building a better Britain for everyone in this country, regardless of how they voted.
He added: “Our job is to serve the people of this country, and the people’s government will deliver on the people’s priorities.”
