Tommy Fury set for shock career change after Love Island fans call for record deal?

Tommy Fury has made it no secret that he absolutely loves Hannah Montana – in fact he’s mentioned it almost every episode of Love Island so far.

The boxer went for a chat with Curtis Pritchard and soon broke into song.

The 20-year-old began singing Miley Cyrus song The Climb – until he messed up the words, at least.

But it was enough for fans to fall further in love with him, with some calling for him to get a record deal.

“Someone get that man a record deal”

One tweeted: “Tommy’s rendition of The Climb deserves its own single. Someone get that man a record deal and a Hannah Montana wig ASAP.”

Another wrote: “Tommy singing The Climb? Yes please. Yes I’m basic, it’s fine, get over it.”

A third said: “I prefer Tommy’s version of The Climb more than Miley’s.”

While a fourth added: “Tommy singing The Climb made me like him 10 times more.”

But others weren’t convinced, with one saying: “Everyone going crazy over Tommy singing The Climb by Miley Cyrus needs a. a hearing test b. to not be quite so easily impressed.”

A second said: “All the girls on here wetting their knickers over Tommy singing The Climb. Really? That gave you f***y flutters? Made me want to burst my own ear drums. He’s so cringe.”

And someone else added: “Tommy’s singing has lost my vote sorry pal.”

Tommy entered the villa as a late arrival with Curtis, having their pick of the girls who were already coupled up.

He chose to couple up with Lucie Donlan, stealing her off Joe Garratt.

But he’s been getting to know Amber Gill too, while Joe also has his eyes on the Geordie lass.

Maybe once Tommy sings for one of them they’ll fall at the knees?

Love Island continues tomorrow at 9pm on ITV2.
