Tommy Fury and Liam Payne were among the stars celebrating Tyson Fury’s victory against Deontay Wilder on Saturday night.

The early hours of Sunday morning (oh, the struggle of timezones) saw the British heavyweight give his most impressive performance to date as he trounced Wilder in Las Vegas, with his rival eventually dropping out in the seventh round.

After treating the audience to some amazing boxing and a tuneful rendition of American Pie, support for Tyson was led by his half-brother Tommy, who was joined by girlfriend Molly-Mae Hague ringside in the Nevada city.

‘Who’s ready for a f***ing WAR???!!! Tonight you solidify your legacy… Good Luck bro,’ Tommy wrote before the match, later filming some sneaky behind the scenes clips as Tyson sparred with a partner backstage and headed into the ring.

Later on, both members of the Love Island couple shared clips of Tyson’s big win over on their Instagram Stories, with Molly cheering: ‘Yes Tyson’ as the 31-year-old boxer was given his WBC heavyweight champion title.

According to reports from The Sun, Tommy was planning to propose to his girlfriend if Tyson won on Saturday night, so it’s safe to say we’re intrigued to see how this plays out.

Also at the match was Liam Payne, with the Strip That Down singer documenting his time in Vegas prior to the match while his former One Direction bandmate Louis Tomlinson tweeted: ‘Wow. What a performance from Tyson Fury. Incredible @Tyson_Fury.’

Can we expect a collaboration between the 1D boys and the heavyweight champ any time soon?

If so, Jodie Marsh would definitely be on board, as the model wrote: ‘Tyson singing American Pie with the whole arena after his win is all I needed to see today.’

The same can be said for Jake Quickenden, who tweeted: ‘Only one Tyson Fury, stops Wilder and then sings to the crowd, what a guy.’

Meanwhile, Piers Morgan tweeted as he watched along from the comfort of his own home, successfully predicting an early KO for Fury.

‘Tyson Fury destroyed Wilder. He toyed with him, then destroyed him. Incredible performance by The King,’ he wrote at the end of the night.
