This comes after James Martin launched a new menu with Thomas Cook Airlines earlier this year.

James surprised customers on board a flight to Turkey, with one describing it has “better than his wife’s cooking”.

The new menu includes a selection of delicious dishes, including a Somerset cider chicken with dauphinoise potato and roasted root vegetables and slow braised beef in Guinness, chive and garlic mash potato for main course.

Vegetarians can look forward to James’ roasted cauliflower with a lightly spicy cauliflower puree, mushrooms and spinach gnocchi.

The chef certainly hasn’t forgotten dessert, for afters, James will serve the banoffee caramel latte mousse.
