Time Out revealed the best 20 restaurants across the country in their annual EAT List.

Ranging from cheap eats to fine dining, the EAT List spots the newest trends in food, with this year finding vegan food and locally sourced ingredients some of the newest requirements for diners.

James Maning, Global Projects Editor at Time Out explained: “We prize the places that combine great cooking with atmosphere and service, with an unashamed bias towards great-value restaurants you’ll want to visit again and again.”

One of the most exciting on the list is The Clink in Cardiff – where you are served by prisoners at HMP Cardiff.
