Tiger King Joe Exotic ordered to hand over zoo to arch enemy Carole Baskin

Tiger King star Carole Baskin is now the proud owner of Joe Exotic’s old zoo after a judge ordered current owner Jeff Lowe to vacate the property, it’s claimed.

A judge has said that when Joe transferred the zoo land to his mother and Jeff the transaction was fraudulent, according to court documents obtained by  TMZ.

And as Carole never obtained the money she won in a $1million judgment against Joe and his mum many years ago, she has been awarded the land to recover some of what she is owed.

This will be a huge blow to Joe who is currently serving a 22-year sentence for attempting murder for hire.

Viewers of the Netflix’s hit show Tiger King: Murder, Mayhem and Madness, witnessed the longstanding rivalry between Joe and Carole, as she continued to campaign to shut down big cat parks like his.

The judge’s ruling says Jeff has 120 days to get himself and all of the animals off the property.

He had just re-opened the zoo last month after renaming it Tiger King Park.

But he isn’t too bothered about the decision, apparently as he has bigger plans for the future.

He and his wife Lauren said: “We have long anticipated that the judge would eventually undo the 2016 land transfer.

“We are thankful that he dragged out his decision this long and allowed us time to complete the new Tiger King Park in Thackerville Oklahoma, behind the World’s largest casino.

They added: “Considering [Carole] spent approximately $2.5M chasing her $1M judgment, we congratulate her on her new acquisition of 16 acres in rural Oklahoma.”

The couple also made a jibe at the rumours Carole killed her husband Don after he went missing over two decades ago, something she denies.

They said: “The possibility of human remains being buried on this land should make her feel right at home.”

Joe, whose real name is Joseph Maldonado-Passage  ,  is currently in prison serving 22 years for 17 counts of animal abuse and two counts of murder for hire for a plot to kill Carole.

Jeff started working as Joe’s business partner and the zoo’s investor in 2015

Joe closed his zoo and transferred it to Lowe’s name in 2016 when his money woes continued.

Jeff is building a new zoo in Thackerville, Oklahoma, that is due to open in the summer.
